Description
Set in the peaceful landscape of Bundelkhand, Mastani Mahal stands as a graceful symbol of love, honor, and legacy. Built by King Chhatrasal in the early 17th century, the palace was gifted to Mastani in gratitude for Bajirao’s support in battle. Its Bundela-style sandstone walls and ornate carvings still reflect the era’s royal elegance. Once the residence of Mastani Bai, the mahal preserves the quiet echoes of her presence. Even today, it remains a poignant witness to one of India’s most enduring historic love stories.
